Wholedify
Privacy policy
Last updated October 12, 2026
Starting draft: these words describe how Wholedify works today. Digikor has not yet reviewed them with a lawyer and will replace them before Wholedify is sold.
This policy explains what personal data Wholedify keeps, why, and what you can do about it. It covers wholedify.com and every address under it where Wholedify runs, including each company's own address.
Who we are
Wholedify is run by Digikor ("we", "us"). We decide how the data in your Account is used. For the records a company keeps about its own people and customers, that company decides, and we handle the data for it.
What we keep
Your Account: your email address and, if you add it, your name.
Your company: its name, address on wholedify.com, logo, color and login picture, and the records its people add, such as equipment.
Logging in and safety: when and how you logged in, your current sessions, and a record of the changes made in each company (the audit log). Our servers also see your IP address and browser type when you visit.
What you ask the assistant: your question and its answer, so the assistant can do the work you asked for.
Google sign-in
If you choose to log in with Google, Google sends us your name, email address and profile picture. We use them only to log you in and to show who you are inside Wholedify. We do not ask Google for anything else, we do not sell this data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Why we keep it
To run Wholedify for you: to log you in, send your login codes and invitations, show each company its own records, keep accounts safe and answer you when you write to us. We do not sell personal data and we do not show advertising.
Who helps us run Wholedify
Supabase stores the data and uploaded pictures and runs logging in. Vercel serves the pages. Resend sends our emails. Cloudflare runs our domain names. When you use the assistant, your question goes through Vercel's AI Gateway to the AI model that answers it. These pages load their fonts from Google Fonts. Each of these companies handles the data only to provide its service to us.
How long we keep it
Your Account stays until you delete it. A company's records stay until the company is deleted. The audit log is kept for up to one year so changes can be checked.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it. If a company keeps records about you, ask that company first; we will help it answer you. You may also complain to the data protection authority where you live.
