Terms of service

These terms are the agreement between you and Digikor ("we", "us") for using Wholedify. By creating a company or logging in, you accept them. If you use Wholedify for a company, you accept them for that company too.

Who may use Wholedify

You must be old enough to make this agreement where you live. A company's Owner decides who joins the company and what each person may do there.

Your Account

Keep access to your email address safe: anyone who can read your email can receive your login codes. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used your Account.

Your company's records

What a company puts into Wholedify stays that company's. You let us store, copy and show it only as needed to run Wholedify for you. You are responsible for having the right to add what you add, including other people's personal data.

What is not allowed

Breaking the law with Wholedify; uploading harmful code; trying to reach another company's records; overloading or probing the service; or reselling it without our written consent.

The assistant

The assistant can make mistakes. It asks before risky changes, but check its work before you rely on it. It can do only what your role allows.

Price

Wholedify is free while it is in this early stage. If that changes, we will tell you before anything is charged, and you can leave first.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Wholedify running and safe, but we cannot promise it will never stop or never lose data. We may change or remove parts of it; when a change matters to you, we tell you first.

Ending

You can stop at any time and delete your Account or, as Owner, your company. We may suspend or close an Account or a company that breaks these terms, and we tell you why unless the law stops us.

Liability

Wholedify is provided "as is". As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last twelve months.
